Growing Through Referrals and Relationships

with Kari Ramos, Founder of Askena Law

Grow With Kara
Growth without digital marketing, automation, or even a formal referral program

Kari Ramos launched her Phoenix personal injury firm on a two-day deadline—with no marketing, no ad budget, and no automation.

Today, she leads a busy, referral-fed practice built on genuine client care, deep community relationships, and a refusal to sacrifice personal touch for speed.

In this 32-minute interview, Kari shares:

    • How face-to-face visits with chiropractors became her #1 growth channel
    • The “second look” strategy that turns dropped cases into winners
    • How she builds trust with mentors—and earns litigation referrals in return
    • Why she resists marketing automation, and what she does instead
    • Her creative, light-touch use of AI for legal reviews and medical analysis
    • The mantra that guides her client communication: “Touch the file, touch the client”

If you’re looking to grow without sacrificing soul—or if you want more cases without paying for ads—Kari’s approach is a breath of fresh air.
