Michael Patrick Strauch is a Legal Sales Expert that exclusively works with law firms on optimizing their sales process and close rate. Over the last 2 years, MPS has helped his clients generate north of $6.5M in additional revenue as a result of optimizing their sales process. 

Michael wanted to prove that someone who never worked in a law firm could come in and optimize the sales process. So, he decided to go into a firm that gave him an opportunity to prove his salt. They gave MPS 90 days to see if his structure could outperform theirs. When he first arrived, that firm was closing 50% of their qualified leads into paying clients. At the end of 90 days, they were consistently closing at 84% and collecting more cash than ever before.

From that point, MPS launched a beta group with a few select firms that started with an average close rate of 33% and within one month, they were consistently closing between 65-70%. 

 Through proving the model, Michael then launched what is now The Closing Room. He has had the opportunity to serve many law firm owners across 10+ practice areas, each seeing a tremendous success in the program.
