with Attorney William Franchi

WATCH THE REPLAY

We continue our interview series with successful attorney-marketers where we uncover
what's working, what's not, and how you can get on a similar path to growth.
This Florida injury solo satisfies his twin goals of 10-15 new clients/month and 250 open cases through two equally productive sources: social media and referrals from past clients.

Attorney William Franchi:
  • Keeps his marketing spend below 10% of revenues
  • Uses an in-house social media manager to generate topics, edit, and post
  • This manager employs AI to come up with topic ideas
  • Targets past clients with Facebook and Instagram ads using their email addresses
  • Fills new-client gaps using lead-gen companies
  • Focuses on profitability and take-home pay rather than revenue growth

Guest: William Franchi

William Franchi is an experienced civil and criminal trial attorney. He has recovered millions of dollars for those injured by someone else’s carelessness. William has tried car crash cases, injury cases, contract cases, and criminal cases. In one car crash case, William successively argued for the addition of punitive damages, which led to a settlement of more than a million dollars.

William’s prior experience includes nearly six years of Tampa Bay area law enforcement experience, with a strong focus on drug crimes. For those that have been charged with a drug related charge, William’s experience “on the other side” reaps many benefits. William has successively defended multiple criminal defendants for various charges.
