Kara has a vast marketing and writing background, working for several newspapers and managing Entrepreneur magazine’s 100,000-member social network before joining James Publishing seven years ago. Billie Tarascio practices exclusively in divorce and family law in Arizona. She is a skilled practitioner, national speaker, law firm business consultant and an honored attorney. She is also the author of Decode Your Divorce and a co author of Tiger Tactics, Powerful Strategies for Winning Attorneys.

She has experience representing clients with complex divorce cases involving more than $55M in assets, complex property characterization issues, and messy custody cases involving addiction. She once had a case where she helped a client escape from a cult, which involved multiple “wives” and significant abuse. Billie once won an appeal for upward deviation of child support. She also has extensive experience with business valuation and division cases.
